Membership fees are non-refundable.
Payments made for services, sponsorships, partnerships, vendor collaborations, advertising, or programs are non-refundable.
Event registration fees are generally non-refundable once registration has been successfully completed.
If an event is cancelled by Collab, registered participants shall be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee paid for that event. Refunds shall be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7 (seven) business days to be credited, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
Collab reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or discontinue any event at its sole discretion. Collab may cancel an event if the minimum required participation threshold is not met. For the avoidance of doubt, Collab reserves the right to cancel an event where the total number of confirmed participants is less than 10 (ten) attendees.
In the event of cancellation by Collab, participants shall only be entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid and shall not be entitled to any compensation for travel expenses, accommodation expenses, loss of business opportunity, loss of income, incidental expenses, or any other direct or indirect claims.
Users agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Distribute spam, malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
Engage in abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing conduct.
