This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Collab Networks, operating from Electronic City, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, manages the shipment and delivery of orders placed through our platform.

For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international courier services and/or international speed post. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services and/or speed post.

Orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, or as per the delivery timeline communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to the policies and operational conditions of the respective courier or postal service providers.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the respective delivery partner within the agreed timeframe.

All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. For service-based offerings, delivery and confirmation will be communicated via the registered email address provided during the transaction.
