All membership fees paid to Collab are non-refundable.
Once a membership has been purchased, activated, or approved, no refunds, cancellations, or partial reimbursements shall be provided under any circumstances, including non-usage of membership benefits.
Event registration fees are generally non-refundable once registration has been successfully completed.
Participants are encouraged to carefully review event details, schedules, venue information, and eligibility requirements before completing their registration.
Failure to attend an event, late arrival, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel issues, visa issues, or any other participant-related reasons shall not qualify for a refund.
Collab reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or discontinue any event at its sole discretion.
If an event is cancelled by Collab, registered participants shall be eligible for a full refund of the event registration fee paid.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during registration and may take up to 7 (seven) business days to reflect in the participant’s account, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
Collab reserves the right to cancel an event if the minimum required participation threshold is not achieved.
For the avoidance of doubt, Collab may cancel an event where the total number of confirmed participants is less than 10 (ten) attendees.
In such cases, participants shall be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee paid in accordance with this Refund Policy.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, Collab may, at its discretion:
Transfer the registration to the revised event date; or
Offer a refund if the participant is unable to attend the revised date.
Any such decisions shall be communicated to registered participants via email or other official communication channels.
Payments made towards sponsorships, partnerships, promotional activities, advertising opportunities, vendor participation, consulting services, or other business services provided by Collab are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Collab reserves the right to request additional information for verification purposes before processing any refund.
Where a refund is issued under this Policy, the refund amount shall be limited solely to the amount paid for the applicable event registration.
Collab shall not be liable for:
Travel expenses
Accommodation expenses
Visa costs
Transportation costs
Business losses
Loss of opportunity
Incidental expenses
Consequential damages
arising from the cancellation, postponement, modification, or rescheduling of any event.
Collab reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page along with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website and services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
